SHEP serves as the central intake site for all TLCS programs with the exception of Project Redirection. Clients can be seen either by appointment or on a walk-in basis. Staff provide emergency assistance and advocacy for homeless mentally ill persons related to:
- Housing
- Food
- Mental Health and Related Services
- Entitlements including General Assistance, Food Stamps, Social Security,
GA and Veterans Benefits
Eligibility requirements are different for each individual
program offered. SHEP advocates are available for information
M-F from 8am - 4:30pm; closed each Wednesday from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Walk-in Hours are from 8am - 11am.
