The Single Room Occupancy Program (SRO)
program provides outreach and drop-in services to residents of the downtown single room hotels. Services include special case management provision for the 60 + population, and a Shelter Plus Care program at the Shasta Hotel. Drop-in services include access to computers, telephones and a food closet.
