Passages provides housing and supportive services
for young adults between the ages of 18 and 25. To be eligible
for services in this program, individuals must be homeless
or at risk of homelessness and have a psychiatric disability.
Passages offers the following services:
- Crisis Intervention
- Intensive Case Management
- Assistance with locating permanent housing of the individual’s
choice
- We assist individuals in finding safe, affordable housing
utilizing available housing subsidies in the community
- Substance abuse recovery support
- Educational and vocational support
- Support groups
- Socialization opportunities
The Passages Program also offers support in the development
of peer support networks, individual self sufficiency and
community involvement.
