The PACT team provides a wide variety of services to the
adult population who are homeless and have psychiatric disabilities.
Securing and maintaining housing, advocacy, referral, crisis
intervention and support are all primary services that PACT
offers.
PACT also provides the following:
- Vocational information and counseling
- Entitlement advocacy
- Substance abuse education
- Counseling and Recovery services
- Money management education
- Community support services
Each individual works with his/her PACT case manager to develop
a plan that is completely tailored to meet his/her needs.
