TLCS offers several programs that provide
supportive services to enable individuals with a psychiatric disability
living in a variety of housing programs to achieve the goals they
have set for themselves. The following is a brief description of

| The TLCS Mentally Ill Chemical Abuser (MICA)
program provides drug and alcohol counseling and supportive
services for individuals and their families. Click

| New Direction |

| Provides comprehensive case management, mental
health, substance abuse treatment and related support services
to individuals that have been incarcerated for non-violent offenses.

| Offers supported housing, intensive case management
and life skills training for homeless individuals between the

| Widening Opportunities for Rehabilitation and
Knowledge (WORK) provides case management services to adults
