Transitional Living & Community Support

Palmer Is a program providing housing for up to one year. The Palmer program is designed for adults with a targeted psychiatric disability who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless.

Services include:

24 hour support staff
Life Skills training
Long range goal planning including help with developing a positive support system
Crisis intervention and emotional support
Case management services

Palmer shared apartments come with the following features:

Full kitchens including microwave ovens
A courtesy phone in the community room with unlimited local calling
Laundry facilities with minimal cost
Detergent, bleach and fabric softener are available at no cost to residents unable to cover the cost of these items
