Cardosa Village, a 22 unit gated apartment community was opened in 1997. It was built from  the ground up by TLCS and our partner in this project, The Retirement Housing Foundation. The units at Cardosa range from 1 to 3 bedrooms and have full kitchens, bathrooms and living areas. A fully developed recreational area for children is on site  as well as a community room for resident  meetings and social functions. Each unit has a   Section 8 Housing certificate attached to it which provides rental subsidy based on financial need.

Cardosa Village provides housing and supportive programs to families. Supportive services may  include:

• Mental Health Services
• Family Budgeting
• Access to community based services
• Access to Healthcare Facilities
• Social Activities

Cardosa Village is staffed daily by an onsite Property Manager and a Program Advisor.
